At NextGenGamingPC.com, we want every single customer to feel completely confident purchasing a gaming PC from us. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, we have made the returns and refunds process as simple, fast, and stress free as possible. We do not believe in complicated fine print, hidden fees, or bureaucratic delays. If something is not right, we will fix it.

30 Day Return Window

NextGenGamingPC.com accepts returns on all gaming PC orders within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your system must be in its original condition, include all original packaging materials, accessories, cables, documentation, and any bundled items that shipped with your order. Returns initiated after the 30 day window are not eligible for a standard refund but may be processed under warranty if the issue is related to a hardware defect covered under your manufacturer warranty.

Eligible Return Reasons

The following situations are fully eligible for a return and refund through NextGenGamingPC.com within the 30 day return window.

Your system arrived with a manufacturing defect or hardware failure that affects performance or functionality. Your system arrived physically damaged during transit. Your system does not perform as described in the published product specifications on our website. You received the wrong system, configuration, or color from what you ordered. You changed your mind about your purchase and the system remains unopened in its original sealed packaging. Your system experienced a critical hardware failure within the first 30 days of delivery that our technical support team was unable to resolve remotely.

Non Eligible Return Reasons

The following situations are not eligible for a standard return and refund through NextGenGamingPC.com.

Returns requested after the 30 day window has passed from the confirmed delivery date are not eligible. Systems that have been physically damaged through drops, liquid spills, or improper handling after delivery are not eligible for a standard return. Systems that have been modified through unauthorized component swaps, overclocking beyond manufacturer specifications, or case alterations are not eligible. Returns on opened systems where the buyer simply changed their mind but has already used the system are subject to a restocking fee as outlined below. Digital software licenses, operating system keys, and downloadable content included with a system are non refundable once activated.

Restocking Fees

NextGenGamingPC.com applies restocking fees only in the following specific circumstances and never as a blanket policy.

Opened systems returned within the 30 day window for reasons other than defect, damage, or incorrect item are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee calculated on the original purchase price of the system. Systems returned without their original packaging, missing accessories, or missing bundled items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25 percent to cover the cost of repackaging and replacing missing components. Systems in fully unopened original sealed condition returned for any reason within 30 days carry no restocking fee whatsoever and qualify for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Returning a gaming PC to NextGenGamingPC.com is a simple four step process designed to be completed in minutes.

Step One — Contact Our Returns Team. Email returns@nextgengamingpc.com or use the Live Chat feature on our website to notify our team that you would like to initiate a return. Include your full name, order number, the reason for your return, and photographs of the system and packaging if your return is related to damage or a defect. Our team will respond within two business hours during operating hours.

Step Two — Return Authorization. Our returns team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number within one business day of your initial contact. Every return requires an RMA number. Returns shipped without an RMA number will be refused at our warehouse and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Step Three — Ship Your Return. Once your RMA number is issued, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you within 24 hours for all defective, damaged, or incorrect item returns at no cost to you. For change of mind returns on opened systems, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Pack your system securely in its original packaging with all original contents included. Attach the prepaid label or your chosen carrier label to the outside of the outer box and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.

Step Four — Refund Processing. Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected by our returns team, your refund will be processed within two business days of receipt confirmation. You will receive an email notification confirming that your refund has been issued along with the expected timeframe for funds to appear in your account.

Refund Methods and Timeframes

All refunds issued by NextGenGamingPC.com are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The timeframes below reflect how long it takes for your refund to appear after we have processed it from our end.

Credit card and debit card refunds are processed within two business days of return receipt and typically appear on your statement within three to five additional business days depending on your card issuer.

PayPal refunds are processed within two business days of return receipt and typically appear in your PayPal balance within 24 hours of processing.

Affirm financing refunds are processed within two business days and applied directly to your Affirm loan balance. If your refund amount exceeds your outstanding loan balance, the difference will be returned to your original bank account within five to seven business days.

Klarna refunds are processed within two business days and applied to your Klarna account. Klarna typically reflects refunds within three to five business days of processing.

Gift card refunds are issued as NextGenGamingPC.com store credit to the email address associated with your account and are available for immediate use on a future order.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your gaming PC for a different model, configuration, or price tier rather than a straight refund, NextGenGamingPC.com offers a straightforward exchange process within the 30 day return window.

Contact our returns team at sales@nextgengamingpc.com with your order number and the system you would like to exchange into. Our team will place a priority hold on your desired replacement system while your return is in transit. Once your original system is received and inspected at our warehouse, your replacement will be dispatched within one business day. If your exchange is for a higher priced system, you will be charged only the price difference. If your exchange is for a lower priced system, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method within two business days of your replacement shipping.

Damaged on Arrival Policy

If your gaming PC arrives with visible external damage to the packaging or the system itself, follow these steps immediately to ensure the fastest possible resolution.

Do not power on the system under any circumstances before reporting the damage. Photograph both the outer packaging and the system itself from multiple angles before moving anything. Contact NextGenGamingPC.com within 48 hours of delivery at sales@nextgengamingpc.com or through Live Chat with your order number and photographs attached. Our team will issue a prepaid return label within 24 hours and dispatch your replacement system within two business days of your damage report submission. Damage reports submitted more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery may be subject to additional carrier investigation requirements before a replacement can be dispatched.

Dead on Arrival Policy

If your gaming PC powers on but exhibits critical hardware failures immediately upon first use, NextGenGamingPC.com treats this as a Dead on Arrival case and handles it with the highest priority available in our support system.

Contact our technical support team at sales@nextgengamingpc.com or through Live Chat within 72 hours of first power on. Our technicians will attempt to resolve the issue remotely through guided troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely and is confirmed as a hardware defect, a full replacement system will be dispatched to you within two business days with a prepaid return label included for your original system. Dead on Arrival cases within the first 30 days of delivery always qualify for a full replacement rather than a repair, giving you complete peace of mind with every purchase.

Refund on Accessories and Peripherals

Accessories and peripherals purchased separately from a gaming PC are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused, in original sealed packaging, and include all original contents. Opened accessories are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged. Defective accessories are eligible for a full refund or free replacement within 30 days of delivery regardless of whether they have been opened or used.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are explicitly non returnable and non refundable under all circumstances at NextGenGamingPC.com.

Activated software licenses and operating system keys are non refundable once activated regardless of the reason for the return request. Extended warranty plans and protection plan purchases are non refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase. Downloadable digital content and game codes included with system bundles are non refundable once redeemed. Custom configured systems built to buyer specified non standard configurations are non returnable for change of mind reasons but remain fully covered under all defect, damage, and Dead on Arrival policies.
