HP OMEN Gaming PCs are covered by a one year parts and labor warranty covering all manufacturing defects and hardware component failures under normal use conditions.

ASUS ROG Gaming PCs are covered by a one year limited warranty with optional two and three year extension plans available through the ASUS support portal after registration.

What Is Covered Under Warranty

Every warranty provided through NextGenGamingPC.com covers the following conditions without exception.

Manufacturing defects discovered after unboxing are fully covered regardless of when they become apparent within the warranty period. Hardware component failures that occur under normal use conditions including GPU failures, CPU failures, RAM failures, SSD failures, motherboard failures, and power supply failures are all covered in full. Cooling system failures including liquid cooler pump failures and fan failures are covered under the standard warranty period. Display output failures caused by internal component defects rather than external damage are fully covered. System instability, random shutdowns, and performance degradation caused by verified hardware defects are covered and will be resolved through repair or full replacement at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered Under Warranty

The following conditions are explicitly not covered under any warranty provided through NextGenGamingPC.com.

Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, spills, or improper handling after delivery is not covered. Damage caused by power surges, lightning strikes, or failure to use an appropriate surge protector is not covered. Unauthorized modifications including overclocking beyond manufacturer specifications, component swaps performed without prior authorization, and case modifications that compromise cooling performance are not covered. Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, and scuffs that do not affect system functionality are not covered. Damage caused by operating the system in environments outside the manufacturer specified temperature and humidity ranges is not covered. Software related issues including operating system corruption, driver conflicts, and virus or malware damage are not covered under hardware warranty but are supported by our free technical assistance team.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Making a warranty claim through NextGenGamingPC.com is a straightforward three step process designed to get your issue resolved as quickly as possible.

Step One – Contact Our Support Team. Reach out to NextGenGamingPC.com customer support by email at sales@nextgengamingpc.com, through the Live Chat on our website. Provide your full name, order number, and a clear description of the issue you are experiencing.

Step Two – Diagnosis and Verification. Our technical support team will work with you to diagnose the issue remotely through a series of guided troubleshooting steps. In most cases hardware defects can be confirmed within a single support session. If remote diagnosis confirms a covered hardware defect, your claim will be approved immediately and escalated to our warranty fulfillment team.

Step Three – Repair or Replacement. Once your claim is approved, NextGenGamingPC.com will arrange one of the following resolutions depending on the nature of the defect and the age of your system. Systems within the first 30 days of delivery qualify for a full replacement unit shipped within two business days of claim approval. Systems between 31 days and the end of the warranty period will be repaired through an authorized service center at no cost to you. A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you within 24 hours of claim approval. Repaired systems are returned within 7 to 14 business days of receipt at the service center. If a repair is not possible due to part unavailability, a full replacement system of equal or greater value will be provided.

In addition to the full manufacturer warranty, NextGenGamingPC.com offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on every gaming PC order. If your system arrives with any defect, performs below the published specifications, or simply does not meet your expectations for any reason within the first 30 days of delivery, contact our support team and we will make it right through a full replacement, a system exchange for a different model, or a complete refund. No restocking fees apply to returns initiated within the 30 day satisfaction guarantee window.

Extended Warranty Options

NextGenGamingPC.com offers extended warranty plans beyond the standard manufacturer coverage period for buyers who want complete long term protection for their investment.

The Two Year Extended Plan adds one additional year of coverage beyond the standard manufacturer warranty and is priced at 99 dollars, available at checkout or within 30 days of purchase.

The Three Year Extended Plan provides two additional years of coverage beyond the standard manufacturer warranty and is priced at 179 dollars, covering your system for a total of three years from the date of delivery.

The Five Year Premium Protection Plan is our most comprehensive coverage option, extending full hardware protection to five years from the date of delivery and including priority claim processing, dedicated account management, and free annual system cleaning service. The Five Year Premium Protection Plan is priced at 299 dollars and is available at checkout on all systems above 1000 dollars.

All extended warranty plans are transferable to a new owner if you sell your gaming PC before the coverage period expires, which protects the resale value of your system.

 

Accidental Damage Protection

NextGenGamingPC.com offers an optional Accidental Damage Protection add on plan for buyers who want coverage beyond standard hardware warranty terms. This plan covers a single accidental damage incident per year including liquid spills, electrical surges, and drop damage.
