Where We Ship
NextGenGamingPC.com ships to all 50 United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to international addresses, United States territories, APO addresses, or PO Boxes. All orders require a valid residential or commercial street address at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on business days are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time are processed and dispatched the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed on the next available business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation email with full tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Free Shipping takes 2 to 4 business days and is available at no cost on every gaming PC order shipped within the 50 United States.
Expedited 1 Day Shipping takes 1 business day and is available at checkout for an additional fee. Order must be placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on a business day to qualify.
Next Day Shipping delivers the following business day and is available at checkout for a premium fee. Order must be placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time to guarantee next day dispatch.
Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped via standard carrier services and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Additional shipping fees apply for these states and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

NextGenGamingPC.com ships all gaming PC orders through reliable agencies depending on your location and the size of your order. Carrier selection is made automatically at the time of dispatch to ensure the fastest and safest delivery route to your address.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to the address provided at checkout immediately after your order is dispatched from our warehouse. You can track your shipment in real time through the carrier website using the provided tracking number. If you have not received your tracking email within 24 hours of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder before contacting our support team.
Packaging and Handling
Every gaming PC shipped from NextGenGamingPC.com is packaged using premium protective materials including custom molded foam inserts, double wall corrugated outer boxes, anti static component protection, and tamper evident security tape. Every system is physically inspected and performance tested before packaging to ensure it arrives at your door in perfect working condition. Signature on delivery may be required for orders above 1500 dollars to protect against theft and unauthorized delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, do not power on the system. Photograph the damaged packaging and the system immediately and contact NextGenGamingPC.com customer support within 48 hours of delivery at sales@nextgengamingpc.com. We will arrange a full replacement or complete refund at no cost to you within 2 business days of your damage report being submitted. If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 72 hours and we will open a carrier investigation immediately on your behalf.
Free Shipping Eligibility
Free standard shipping applies automatically to all gaming PC orders across the 50 United States with no minimum order value and no coupon code required. Accessories, peripherals, and add on items below 50 dollars may be subject to a standard shipping fee of 5.99 dollars. Orders that include both a gaming PC and accessories ship together in a single dispatch at no additional cost.
Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
During major shopping periods including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Prime Day, processing times may extend by one additional business day due to elevated order volumes. NextGenGamingPC.com strongly recommends placing holiday orders a minimum of 14 days before your required delivery date to account for potential carrier delays during peak shipping seasons. Expedited and next day shipping options remain available during these periods but are subject to carrier capacity limitations.
