The rear panel has two Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports, a USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port, an optical audio S/PDIF output, a line in port, and a line out port. Use the five USB-A 2.0 ports to connect peripherals such as the included keyboard and mouse. Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) support and a 2.5 GbE port provide you with fast connections to compatible network devices. The included 1500W PSU ensures adequate power to the components, which also features a platinum rating for reliable and long-term usage. Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity is also offered, expanding the number of devices you can use with this PC. Windows 11 Home is preinstalled.

 

Innovative Thermal Architecture

The Area-51 desktop computer utilizes a new airflow approach, using larger diameter fans and expansive liquid cooling options for more efficient cooling. The patent-pending positive pressure airflow design uses a variety of fans that intake and blow cool air inward from the front, top and bottom of the case, which then forces hot air out the back. The top mount supports up to a 420mm heat exchanger, allowing for scalable options. This case features two 180mm front RGB fans, three 120mm top RGB fans, and two 140mm bottom RGB fans to maximize airflow. The Area-51 features a 360mm liquid CPU cooler to efficiently and quietly dissipate heat.

Industry Standard ATX Motherboard

The Alienware-exclusive motherboard features custom-designed heatsinks to optimize thermal management. Designed solely for Area-51, it supports up to 1500W ATX12VO Platinum-rated power supplies and features industry standard slots for easy system updates.

Intentional and Function Design

The streamlined, future-proof chassis includes a tempered glass door, AlienFC lighting and system fans, internal cable management, additional storage, and removable dust control air filters.
